Le Conseil national se penche mardi sur le service civil. Les officiers, eux, veulent le durcir en restreignant son accès, en allongeant sa durée et en réduisant le nombre de candidats.

Le brigadier vaudois Denis Froidevaux, président de la Société Suisse des Officiers (SSO), a ses propres recettes pour faire baisser le nombre de civilistes.
Le Conseil national démarre mardi son débat concernant la modification de la loi sur le service civil. Parmi les principaux changements figure une journée d'introduction, une formation renforcée et des cours obligatoires pour tous. Les civilistes pourront également être engagés pour soutenir la formation et l'éducation scolaire des enfants et des adolescents.
